Human Normal Tissue Lysate

Tissue Lysates are Ideal for biomarker and antibody screening/ characterization, protein-protein interaction, protein expression, ligand binding, ELISA, immunoprecipitation, 1D and 2D gel electrophoresis, and Western blotting. We provide tissue lysates from the following tissues:

All human materials are obtained under strict bioethical standards using IRB-approved protocols that ensure patient confidentiality, safety and informed consent.

Normal Human Tissues were collected and flash frozen within 5-10 minutes of removal. Tissue total protein lysates are prepared from whole tissue homogenates by homogenization in modified RIP buffer along with protease and phosphatase inhibitor cocktail, and provided at a concentration of 2-5 mg/ml.

The quality of protein is tested by SDS-PAGE with coomassie blue staining of the gel. Proteins from one of gel was transferred to PVDF membrane and tested with beta actin antibody.

Storage and Stability

From time of receipt, this product is stable for SIX months at – 20°C or 12 months at – 70°C.
